Whether you are attending a face to face or online session, I have a few things I would like you to familiarise yourself with ahead of your appointment
Late For Your Appointment
I understand that life gets in the way. If you have to cancel your appointment, please do so a full 48 hours in advance.
Refunds will only be returned to your original paying account. Credits are valid for up to 4 weeks.
There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your allotted appointment time or for missed appointments - the full session fee is still applicable.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be half refunded or credited.
Cancellations before 48 hours are fully refundable or creditable.
Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of appointment time. There are no refunds in this instance.
Please be mindful of other people who have booked appointments after you. When you book your appointment, please be mindful that I cannot run over your designated appointment time. This applies to all face to face and online sessions. If you go over your designated appointment time, you will be charged for the additional time. If you have an online or telephone session and wish to extend your appointment after a discussion, you will still need to pay before the extended time starts.
Please arrive on time for your appointment, it is not necessary to be early for your appointment, especially with an in-person appointment. If you ring the bell, you may be waiting until your appointment time as I am likely to be preparing the room or refreshing myself. I work to a strict "exactly on the time specified" schedule & I expect clients to respect this. If you arrive early, please stay in your car or take a seat on the wall and practice some mindfulness or breathing - thank you for your cooperation.
Whatsapp and social media pages are not monitored. I politely ask clients to be respectful and comply with these guidelines where all communication channels and social media platforms should not be used to ask personal advice or communicate about anything other than a booked session. You can use the phone and social media platforms to book appointments or make enquiries about appointments. If you require guidance on what appointment to book, please contact me for a consultation after reviewing the information on this website. Under no circumstances will I answer a video call without a prior arranged and paid for video-session booking in place.
I simply ask that you be courteous and maintain respect towards all staff at all times, in person, by phone, through written communication and on all social media platforms. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and I reserve the right to terminate your appointment without any refund.
Mobile Phone Policy
For all sessions, I like to ensure that you have a distraction-free experience and require that all phones are switched off before session commencement. I ask that you do not make or receive calls during your appointment (they can be left safely outside of the room if you wish).
I know that some people like to refer to their sessions but at this time, I do not accept recordings of sessions whether on the phone or in-person under any circumstances. During your sessions, you can make notes and I recommend bringing your own pen and notebook for face to face appointments. Anyone deliberately flouting these rules will be prevented from booking appointments in the future.
Children At My Office
For general safety and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 16 may accompany you while you are having a Reiki or holistic treatment. I do not have the facilities to care for children. If you bring your child for an in-person reiki session, please ensure 1 parent or guardian is present during the entire appointment (there is a sofa for you to sit on).
Food and Drink At My Office
Food is not permitted inside the building. Only water is allowed in the room. Please finish any other drinks before entering your appointment.
